Comments: I an very dissatisfied. They did not honor the price posted on the web site ( the charge to my card was in fact $60 higher the the posted price) and were very rude when I questioned them. They refused to give any information in order to take my complaint to a higher level. They are not at all interested in trying to satisfy me. And I have not yet received the RX.

Comments: Service is excellent. The girl on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my meds in a timely matter. I get birth control from dr.solve and i never worry about the quality of them.

Comments: I ordered some TriLuma cream which I they offered online at $120 a tube (normally about $195). I placed my order through their website and got a confirmation at that price. They called me to say the price was wrong -- it should be $195, but they would give it to me at the $120 price for the first order and subsequent orders would be the higher price. It took a least a month to receive it. Then I ordered another tube at the going rate (now over $200) and it took 6 weeks to arrive. Meanwhile, my doctor changed my prescription and I called to see if I could return it and was told it was a final sale. It is a cream in a completely sealed tube! Now I am out $200+. Doctorsolve is definitely a rip!

Comments: Both my wife and I order our meds from Doctorsolve. I take acid reflux meds and my wife is on birth control. The nurse spoke to both of us. I really liked the opportunity to be able to ask a nurse a question about my medication.
