I had to send my Rx to these people THREE times before they were able to locate and fill it. They kept telling me I had to send them an Rx, whcih I did--over and over again. I sent it via e-mail, which they said was fine, but apparently they don't check their e-mail or e-mail attachments. A woman who called me said something about not receiving a PDF of the Rx (which I don't even know how to do), so I'm guessing they look for Rx's in only one form (despite their saying that one can e-mail an Rx). Meanwhile, I had to purchase more of the med here, as I'd have run out otherwise. Once they finally got it right, it arrived fairly quickly, but I am hesitant to use them again, even though they have the best price on the Rx I need. They just don't seem to have their act one hundred percent together.

This was my first time ordering medication online and through a Canadian pharmacy. Ordering was pretty straight forward, I ordered online and afterwards I faxed over my prescription and Identification. It took them a day to process everything before they called me to verify billing info. I live in northern California and shipping only took a week. I was expecting to wait a month but I'm more than happy to get it so fast.

So far, my experience with OPC has been great. Customer service was delightful and they answered a bunch of my questions. Site is simple and easy to navigate. My medication arrived in under 3 weeks which was a nice surprise.
The whole process was straight forward and painless, definitely will be using this site again as it is also very affordable.

We were able to get online with them and place an order. We have been able to talk with them on the phone. They are very nice and business-like in the way they conversed with us and answered all of our questions. Our only disappointment was with the amount of time it takes to receive our prescription order which is 4 to 6 weeks (this particular prescription was being shipped from India). We are somewhat concerned about it coming from India and where the medicine was produced, but feel more comfortable about the Pharmacy Checker.com Verification for the pharmacies they list on their website. I have not received my order yet but should be receiving it soon.
