I followed all the procedures for a new customer to the letter. After initial entry of the order and personal information online, I checked and rechecked everything. As this was my initial order with prescriptions for both myself and my wife, I did not want to risk using the USPS for delivery of the prescriptions for fear of them being lost. Hence I faxed the prescriptions with the order sheets as required and received a confirmation of the fax being delivered okay. The same afternoon, I received a telephone call stating that my order had been received and that I needed to fax in the prescriptions. I figured that enough time had not expired for my order to be matched with the prescriptions that I just faxed about an hour earlier. I waited for 24 hours and then called to verify that the prescriptions had been received and that everything was in order. Was I surprised when I was told that the prescriptions had NOT BEEN RECEIVED! The lady instructed me to fax them again......that's after I drove a total of 14 miles and paid $4.50 for the fax that I know they received. I promptly canceled my order. I can not recommend that anyone waste their time with this company!

Very competent bunch, excellent prices and they didn't charge my card until they had reviewed all the details of my order with me over the phone.

CanadaPharmacyOnline appears to be a middleman rather than an actual pharmacy. I've used them 3 times now. Service has been reasonably fast, with delivery in about two weeks. A brand-name drug manufactured in Australia has been variously mailed from Switzerland, and from a New Zealand pharmacy. The same drug as a generic made in India was mailed from Switzerland. Prices were about half (brand-name) to a third (generic) the best US prices for the same brand-name drug. They advised me at time of order where the drug was made and where it would be shipped from.
