I have been treating a skin condition with over the counter creams and lotions for years with hardly any results. After an online search I found Dr B. I read reviews, made a simple consultation and within a short time received a message that a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. This process could not have been more simple. Many thanks to everyone at Dr B's.
Easy, professional, and fast service with great follow up! Also less expensive than other online options.
I recently moved and don't have health insurance. I started feeling symptoms of a UTI and was freaking out about how to get antibiotics without going into ER or urgent care and costing hundreds of dollars. I'm so glad I googled online doctors and found this site. I was able to get antibiotics so quickly and I will definitely use this service again if needed.
I was skeptical since I had never used this site. The price seemed to good to be true and I was hoping it wasn’t a scam. It definitely was not! Fast and easy process. Price was cheaper than if I had gone to an office! Would use again.
Fast, easy experience. Dr. B really helped me out. I'm on the mend!
Great Service
Using Dr. B saved me time and money in getting the meds I needed for a UTI. The consultation was only $15 (no insurance needed) and after filling out my information the night before, my prescription was ready at my pharmacy the next morning, without the need for a trip to urgent care or my doctor. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future!

Rosacea Questions
About Rosacea
What is rosacea?
Rosacea is a skin condition that affects skin on the face. On light skin tones, it can appear as dry, tight skin with patches of redness or an overall blush. On dark skin tones, it can look like areas of darker skin or a dusky brown coloring. In moderate-to-severe cases, pimples and visible blood vessels on the face and under the skin may appear. These can look red and feel sensitive to the touch. Other affected areas include the nose, cheeks, eyes, chin, ears and neck.
There’s no cure for rosacea. But Dr. B can help you manage symptoms with an online consultation for prescription treatment.
What causes rosacea?
Rosacea is a genetic condition—but additional factors can affect the odds of developing it. Those generally most affected include:
- People assigned female at birth (AFAB)
- Those over 30
- Smokers
- People with light skin tones
- Those with a history of severe acne
Less common causes include bacteria and exposure to mites that can irritate skin. While those assigned male at birth (AMAB) are less likely to develop rosacea, men and those AMAB can develop it, too. Some environmental triggers can flare symptoms of rosacea: alcohol consumption, temperature extremes, stress and eating spicy foods can all play a part. Some skincare products may also trigger symptoms.
How long does rosacea last?
Symptoms often flare up for a period of weeks to months before improving. Rosacea is a lifelong condition with no cure—but the right treatment can help improve symptoms.
Do I have rosacea or acne?
Both conditions can cause bumps or pimples on the face or red, inflamed, sensitive skin—so they’re sometimes mistaken for one another. Here are some differences to look for:
- Acne commonly appears as individual whiteheads or blackheads, while rosacea causes large patches of facial redness.
- Rosacea symptoms are usually confined to the facial area, and acne can affect other areas like the chest, shoulders and back.
- While acne is most common in teenagers and young adults, rosacea most commonly affects adults over 30.
What are the prescription treatments available for rosacea?
A range of topical prescription treatments are available as creams, gels, lotions and foams. (Right now, Dr. B does not offer a rosacea pill treatment option.) Standard topical medications include antibiotics like Brimonidine, Oxymetazoline, Azelaic acid, Metronidazole, Ivermectin, Zilxi, Plexion and Rhofade (among others). These help restrict bacterial growth and reduce redness.
How do rosacea treatments work?
Apply a thin layer of topical treatments to the skin. While some treatments provide relief quickly, it takes most medications anywhere from 2-6 weeks to show noticeable improvement on the skin.
What are common rosacea treatment side effects?
Common side effects include redness, dryness and the common cold (nasopharyngitis). In most cases, these improve with time as the body adjusts to the medication. Seek medical attention if side effects get worse.
How can I get a rosacea prescription online?
Getting a prescription treatment like Tretinoin for rosacea or Ivermectin cream online doesn't have to be complicated. Start a Dr. B online consultation, sharing your health history and current symptoms. A licensed medical provider will review your assessment. If they find a prescription rosacea treatment appropriate, they'll send the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
